On August 31, 2011, Dr. James Lee, Lee World CEO, accompanied Mr. Joey Antonio visit Chateau Lafite. They visited the project offices and project construction site, and focused on water front villas.

Mr. Antonio spoke highly on the magnitude of the project and he is extremely impressed by the speed of construction. He expressed the willingness of attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony next year.

It is also reported that Lee World is arranging China Railroad to participate a 117 km long railway project in Philippines .
