From July 22nd to 24th, 2013, a five member delegation led by Dr. James Lee visited Vientiane, capital of Laos for business expedition. The delegation visited the top Chinese real estate company in Vientiane, and had deep discussions with local counterparts on various projects. 

With the rapid economic development in Laos, the next generation of real estate development is called for. The entry of Chinese enterprises will greatly promote and expedite the process in which Lee World Group and Shanghai Wanfeng Group will play a leading role. 

Laos CBD covers an area of 7500 mu (1250 acres) and it is centrally located at the heart of the capital. With a total investment of $1.6 billion, it plans to build a new town offering business towers, luxury hotels, entertainment facilities, tourist attractions, casinos, high end residences. It will become the landmark of this international new city. This project will upgrade Vientiane city development 20 years forward.
