From July 1st to July 5th 2013, a ten member delegation led by Dr. James Lee went to Turkey for a five day real estate expedition and to seek for business opportunities. The group received warm reception by six Turkish real estate companies and had productive meetings with them. 

After the trip, the group concluded that there exists tremendous business opportunities in Turkish real estate market, especially in Istanbul. The group has identified two projects to start.
