Lee World’s Laos Vientiane New Horizon Project Breaking Ground
On August 21, 2014, Lee World Holdings CEO Dr. James Lee visited Vientiane,
Laos to finalize the 50 acre commercial project i.e., “Vientiane New Horizon.”
The Architectural and Engineering plan has been approved and the project is set
to break ground in October of this year. This project is located in central Vientiane,
a land mark development project covering about 1.39 square miles. The estimated
total investment amount is $2 Billion Dollars. This project is one of the
largest Real Estate investment project in Southeast Asia by Chinese companies.
It will be a new city within Vientiane with Resident, Commercial, Retail,
Hotel, Tourism, Entertainment, and more.
This project will bring new excitement and experiences to the capital, something Laos has never experienced before.
